About

Terri Derry has lived and worked in Montana for 40 plus years. Montana has a special place in her heart and soul. She has raised 4 amazing daughters here, showing, and teaching them to appreciate all that this last best place has to enjoy and see. Terri comes from a hard work ethic back ground, which benefited her while she lived and worked on a cattle ranch, roping, branding and often driving tractors cutting hay or disking and planting a new field. In the fall Terri can be found setting up hunting camp in her favorite secret spots, at times inviting women of all ages to come and enjoy the camaraderie and outdoors. Terri worked from home while raising her daughters and when they were older she went to work at a pioneer type resort, waiting on tables, cooking, running the campground and often taking out tourists on horseback trail rides. Eventually Terri went back to school and got her nursing license as an LPN and over the next 25 years worked in nursing homes, hospitals, ( medical/surgical, rehab., pulmonology, Hospice ) and 17 years in a medical oncology office, providing assistance to 6 Doctors. Having a place to call your own is one of the most rewarding and satisfying events that we can experience, Terri knows this and works hard to help people like you make good and meaningful choices when it comes to buying your first or fourth home, looking for that perfect piece of property that calls out to you that, “this is the place” and if you are at a place in your life that investments are in order let her help you get that good deal with great returns on your hard earned money!
